Damaged or Incorrect Products - If you receive products that are damaged, expired, or not as per your original order, please follow these steps:
- Hand over the damaged or incorrect items to our delivery person at the time of delivery.
- Contact us via email using the “Contact Us” form on our website. Please include: your order number, delivery date, a brief description of the issue.
Sale Items and Opened Products - We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:
- Products that have been opened or used
Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and unused condition.
Processing Time -
- Once we receive and verify your return request, please allow 1–3 weeks for the refund to be processed.
- Refunds will be issued to your original method of payment, and you will receive an email confirmation once completed.
